As a mother of two young children myself, and with no previous professional childcare experience I feel that I have established a highly recognised day care facility. My determination to succeed in a competitive and growing market has meant that no stone has been left unturned when it comes to providing a quality service. Since our opening in March 2004 we have established, and continue to enhance our reputation as one of the leading childcare providers in the area. We do not put on shows for OFSTED Inspections. We are continually being monitored by the Coventry City Council's Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership Team as part of our Neighbourhood Nursery monitoring process. They offer constant support and guidance on all areas of the day to day running of the nursery. This can range from nutrition, partnership with parents, curriculum developments through to OFSTED regulations. We also access their Training Directory to ensure the Wonder Years staff team are regularly updating their knowledge and skills. |
